”Telephone Customer Service and Sales’’ Training for “EVERY DAY” company

On the 11th of December, 2015, BSC Business Support Center delivered a training on ”Telephone Customer Service and Sales’’ for employees of "EVERY DAY" ("JURJUR") company. The training was conducted by BSC Business Support Center’s expert, Nune Varosyan, who has 15 years experience in the field of consulting and training.

During the training the trainer covered topics such as what is customer service, what are the differences between loyal and satisfied customers, secrets of effective communication with customers by phone, call features, working rules with difficult clients and a number of other professional skills for iimproving customer service and sales efficiency.
