operation of BSC, is its professional staff. All principal
staff members have advanced educational background (most
have MBA degrees from well-known local and international
universities) and rich practical experience gained by
working on various consulting, training, research and
evaluation projects and cooperating with foreign experts.
BSC management adopts a policy of continuous staff development
activities, encourages the teamwork and career growth
through job rotations. Particularly, in the beginning
of each year the Company management assesses the needs
among its staff members and designs a plan for professional
development to enable each staff member to participate
in relevant courses, exchange programs and other skill
development activities locally and internationally.
BSC pursues a policy of effective work management and
applies a strategy of employee motivation. BSC also
engages freelance consultants and trainers in specific
projects, in order to provide additional value for the
customers. Currently BSC collaborates with more than
50 professionals.
