Why is it necessary for the staff of our company to participate in trainings, seminars and workshops ?
In Armenia the competitiveness is increasing in every market. It refers not only to production and services, but also to retail and wholesale systems. In these conditions there is an enormous outflow of labor force to the competing companies, marketing expenses increase and the need for applying an efficient management system becomes crucial. Which are the positive sides of evaluating marketing and advertising activities ?
The majority of Armenian private enterprises carry out marketing and advertising activities to promote the sales of their products and services. There are companies which select TV & Radio ads, others prefer booklets, fairs and exhibitions, TV & Radio programs and articles in newspapers and magazines. Lately the number of firms using BTl marketing tools has significantly increased. Meantime, most of the companies do not know how to assess the impact of those activities. Did those boost the company's sale? Were those methods in line with the market requirements? Is it possible to spend less money and achieve the same result with laternative marketing tools and methods, or to make the company more cognate among the consumers? What are the primary objectives of a business plan? Isn't it just for obtaining loan ?
Absolutely not... Business plan can be developed for 3 main purposes: for internal use, for finding new partners and starting cooperation, for obtaining loans and investments. Every private company, NGO or a community based organization has to develop its own business plan, which includes the organization's past performance, current situation and forecasts based on the analysis of the existing information. The predictions are made in terms of overall management system, human recourses, marketing activities, financial management and other aspects related to the firm. Business plan is to systemize the performance of the mentioned departments for them to be in line with the company's activities and objectives.

How the enterprise can benefit from diagnosis of the company's human resources ?
Diagnosis aims at evaluating the knowledge and capability of current staff members, as well as at discovering and assessing those positive and negative factors that influence the performance of the firm. Most important is to develop recommendations on the company's organizational structure, factors that influence, the company's culture, performance assessment, HR motivation policies and other relevant issues. Having this in hand, Company's headquarters are able to set feasible objectives and run the company in a more effective way considering the personnel experience, knowledge, commitment and performance. Every region and industry sector has its own characteristics. In one region tourism is developing, meanwhile agriculture is a priority in another one, and food processing - in the third one. Services in this area aim to discover the characteristics and specifics of a particular region or industry sector, and to consequently develop precise and relevant projects. It is very essential to engage donors and investors in the regional and industry development process, as well as to develop comprehensive investment plans.

Is it really important for a private firm to comply with Corporate Social Responsibility norms (CSR) ?
If a company aims to increase its competitiveness, access new markets (including international), boost the sales figures and get higher profits, the answer is YES. The Corporate Social Responsibility relates to those aspects (labor, environment, consumer right protection, new technologies, competitiveness) that directly impact the internal productiveness and international relations of an enterprise. The more the firm pays attention to these aspects, looking for positive solutions, the better image and the more loyalty of consumers towards its products and services it gains.

What is strategy and is the strategic development important nowadays ?
Strategy is systemization of competitiveness and overall management of a company leading to implementation of its long-term objectives. This includes identifying company's advantages, setting objectives and developing primary aspects of the strategy. The need for developing a strategy is driven by the fact that with one or two-years action plan no any private company in Armenia is able to face existing challenges in the merkets. The absence of a long-term and strategic objectives results in decrease of firm's competitiveness, harms the loyalty of consumers towards its products and services, reduces the commitment of the employees and at the end leads the company to bankruptcy.
